During a regular clean, we complete the standard of housekeeping services. We organize your apartment to create a clean, clear atmosphere - think "hotel style housekeeping". A disinfecting clean is a much more intense wipe down of surface areas, floors, vents and furniture using EPA Medically Certified Antiviral cleaning products that are effective against viruses and bacteria. This is the clean you are seeking when protecting against COVID-19.
This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored – always with “double-blind” security. Only the local owner and/or office manager can access the client key safe. Maids are given the keys for each house cleaning appointment before they leave the office each day, and must turn these back into management before they are allowed to leave the office each evening. These keys are returned to the key safe until your next house cleaning service visit.

Just as with rescheduling fees, if you lock the maids out on house cleaning day, you will likely be assessed a lock-out fee. Please be sure you understand Rose Leaf lock-out fees. We want to help you avoid incurring these additional fees!
Most of our clients either provide us a key or hide one on the premises on house cleaning day.
Simply call our office prior to your cleaning day. Most of our maid service offices require a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning, however this notification window varies from office to office.
Unlike the airlines, we do not overbook our schedule. So, if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another maid services client. This decreases the maids’ pay. Without consistent wages, we cannot retain the best maids to clean for you. Thus, respecting our procedure for reschedules helps ensure you will get the best house cleaning service possible.
Please be sure you understand Rose Leaf’s procedures for rescheduling and cancelling visits. We do have a cancellation policy and will assess a cancellation fee if necessary, although we want to help you avoid incurring these fees!
Whether or not you're at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.
In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a lock-out fee.
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our professionals can clean your home better and more efficiently.
If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want our maids to clean that area. Rose Leaf carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.
You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at booking.
We come prepared with Environmentally friendly or EPA Medically Certified products, the best in the business. So, no. If you have special house cleaning products you want the maids to use, please be sure to discuss this with us in advance, so that we can properly instruct the professionals.
Tips are not required but are certainly appreciated by our cleaners.
